What relocating to Milwaukee looks like with me
Neighborhood conversation first. Before we look at a single house, we talk about the parts of your current life you want to keep (walkability, schools, commute, restaurants, quiet, community) and match those to specific Milwaukee neighborhoods. Not "the north side" but specific streets and vibes.
The video tour option. If you cannot fly out for every showing, I do video walk-throughs, honest ones, of homes I think fit. You see what I see, including the things a listing photo hides.
The visit that actually helps. When you come to town, I do not just show houses. We spend a morning walking one or two neighborhoods, having coffee where the locals do, and driving the commute. Then we tour.
Offers, inspection, closing. Same as any buyer, with a few extras for out-of-state paperwork and remote closing options.
