Founder, Emily Paige & Co. · Realtor at Keller Williams · Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The reason I do this work has almost nothing to do with houses.
I'm a third-generation entrepreneur, raised by a single mother who built her career caring for people at the end of their lives. It's a calling as much as a career, a job that never clocks out. Some of my most formative memories, Christmases, Thanksgivings, ordinary evenings in between, happened in those hallways. I grew up watching her show up, again and again, for people who needed her. It taught me more than a work ethic. It taught me what real pride in your work looks like, and what it means to care deeply about something bigger than yourself.
I studied at UWM. Later, I spent years running Silver Springs Auction House. I learned more there than any classroom taught me. Auction floors are full of stories. Estates. Downsizes. Whole lifetimes, boxed up. A lot of my job was helping people put a value on what they loved, and find the words for what they were letting go. So when real estate came along, I recognized it right away.
Today, I'm the founder of Emily Paige & Co., a residential team at Keller Williams serving buyers and sellers across greater Milwaukee. This work carries weight. More than most people realize until they're inside it. My job is to give you real answers, keep the process simple, and stay with you from the first showing to the closing table.
The moments I love most? A first-time buyer finally exhaling. A seller taking one last walk through an empty house, knowing the next family is going to love it the way they did. Those transitions feel sacred to me. They're the reason I do this.
When I'm not working, you'll find me in Bay View with my two fur babies, thrifting on slow mornings, or writing mke diaries, my little love letter to this city.
If you're thinking about a move, I'd love to hear about it.
