Who is Emily Walczak?
I'm the founder of Emily Paige & Co., a residential team at Keller Williams serving buyers and sellers across greater Milwaukee. I live in Bay View, I studied at UWM, and before real estate I spent years running Silver Springs Auction House, where I learned how to help people put a value on what they love and find the words for what they are letting go. Where do I work?
I work throughout the Milwaukee area, not just in one pocket of it, and I keep a guide for many of the areas I work in so you can see what it looks like before you ever visit. Start with Bay View, Wauwatosa or West Allis, or browse all of the neighborhood guides. Bay View and Wauwatosa are not the same market, so each guide sticks to its own streets, homes and prices.
How do I help buyers and sellers?
If you are buying, I send you homes I would recommend and we tour them together, with Bailey, our Buyer Specialist, handling showings, offers and negotiation. See how that works on the buying page.
